Ben attended Trinity College, Cambridge (UK) where he read English. His performances whilst there included
King Lear,
The Whiteheaded Boy,
The Duchess of Malfi
and
The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui.
His last performance was as Leontes in The European Theatre Group's production of
The Winter's Tale.
